Opera Unite | No Thanks
Today I installed Opera Unite and quickly removed it as my eyes fell upon the mind bogging logo. I'm pretty sure most of you will make fun of me but ... whatever. I'm Orthodox and this kind of shit does not fly with me.
Notice the 666 sigil. Another 666 sigil sample.

I'm sorry but I won't be using this browser version. No 666 for me here. Hope you make a good choice. To take Satanism all the way ... the 666 is reversed. Woohooo! Superb.
The actual name is great: UNITE. The new age concept of unity / oneness, all together ... lovely. Can it get more blatant than this?
The Blog Post Title
On their news blog you can read this entry: Taking the Web into our own hands, one computer at a time. The title says it all!
PS: Yeah! I'm into the conspiracy theory shit. Too many coincidences ... and we know there's no such thing. The devil lies within details.
If you won't ever visit my blog again I'll understand.

That’s it I’m unsubscribing =)
Typically, programmers and religion don’t go hand in hand. I must say I’m a little disappointed — but to each his own.
I was jk, I’ll still subscribe :D
I believe that the mark in Revelations says something about being on people’s foreheads. You’re probably ok, to have a logo similar looking to 666 on your browser. Why don’t you just think of them as distorted tear drops?
:p
1st of all I don’t believe in coincidences. 2nd … before they put it on your forehead / arm, they need to get you used to it.
On the other hand, this can simply be a sign they use to notice each other and signal belonging to same group (secret handshakes, signs, hand horns) …
Connecting computers … sounds a bit Big Brotherish to me. I kickstarted my career about 10 years ago with a remote control / spying software.
Stay alert.
This looks quite similar to a Triskele
True … another pagan symbol … only the 6 is really obvious in the Opera logo unlike the others where it’s a lot more stylized.
[...] The other one that yelled loudly recently but was forgotten in a couple of days is Opera. While not the major party in this war, it has quite an ambition — to decentralize the web and blow-up “the cloud“, latter one not being an official statement. Some even noticed that their plans might be much more evil. [...]
